On Exercising Again

I have not been motivated to run a mile everyday.

I did partake in the 5K earlier this year, but was ill-prepared even for that event.

Time is of the essence.

The first thing I want to do before email, Twitter, LinkedIn and all the other distractions is weigh myself and run at least a mile.

Right now, I still need to buy a scale and a printer.

I need to just run to get the toxins out of my system.

I want to spend less time on the internet everyday.

And more time doing the things that I love.
